Free audit

The free audit is offered with no obligation. It is an assessment based on the information available to us and is not a guarantee of results.

Plans and billing

Paid plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee as shown on our Pricing page or in your written proposal. Plans have a 3-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month until cancelled.

If you upgrade within 60 days, the setup fee you have already paid is credited toward the new plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, and for obtaining any consent your customers must give before receiving calls or texts from you.

AI assistants

Our chat agents and AI receptionists are trained on information you approve. They may occasionally make mistakes, and they hand off to your team when they cannot help.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xentech AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
