Who we are

Xentech AI ("we", "us") builds websites, chat agents and AI receptionists for local businesses. Contact: hello@xentech.io.

What we collect

When you request a free audit we collect your name, business name, business type, website, phone number, email address, city and state, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.

Our website may also record basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your audit, to contact you about it, and — if you become a client — to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We only text you about your audit if you tick the SMS consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Our clients' customers

When we run a chat agent or AI receptionist for a client, we process their customers' conversations on that client's behalf and only to provide the service. Outbound reminder and follow-up calls are made only to customers who have opted in.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email, calendar and telephony providers), under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@xentech.io.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
