At XenTech, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless experience. We aim for complete customer satisfaction and offer this policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. 

Conditions for Refund and Returns: We will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: 

• Software/Product not functioning as described
• Product fails to meet technical specifications
• Wrong software version delivered
• Software damaged during download or installation 

How to Exchange or Return: If you encounter any issues or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately:

Alternatively, you can send us an email with your concern, and we’ll assist you accordingly. We allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase. For exchanges, the value of the new software must be equal to or greater than the original purchase price. Any difference in price will need to be paid. 

If you wish to return the software, we’ll issue a refund after assessing the issue. 

Return and Exchange Conditions: 

• Software must be unused and in its original, unmodified format.
• You must have the purchase receipt.
• Software must not be downloaded or activated.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the software is defective or does not meet its specifications as outlined at the time of purchase. 

Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return of physical products (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. 

Important Notes: 

• All returns or exchanges must be processed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Refunds are available only for defective software or incorrect delivery.

• অ্যাফিলিয়েট : যেসব প্রতিষ্ঠান আমাদের দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত , আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে , বা আমাদের সঙ্গে অভিন্ন নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে।

• কুকিজ : ছোট ছোট ফাইল যা ওয়েবসাইট আপনার ডিভাইসে সংরক্ষণ করে ব্রাউজিং অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নত করতে।
• দেশ : বাংলাদেশ
